I am a PhD candidate in Economics at Cornell University.
I graduated from Grinnell College in 2019 with a degree in Economics and a concentration in Statistics. I subsequently worked as an Analyst in the Antitrust practice at NERA Economic Consulting in New York City.
My research interests broadly lie at the intersection of development and labor economics. My goal is to conduct policy-relevant research that provides insight on worker behavior & labor markets in developing countries. Currently, I am exploring job creation in high value industries in India and how labor market concentration and mass layoffs affect migration and other worker outcomes in Brazil.
